It means 2 SCSI hard disks are setup in an array which remain an exact mirror of each other at all times. If one hard disk fails, the other picks up immediately ensuring maximum reliability.
High Speed Network
The location of our servers are very carefully selected and are all directly connected to Tier1 internet backbones which ensures 100% fast speed and network reliability. This translates into faster downloads and better reliability for our customers. The network facilities only use CISCO routers and switches for redundancy and reliability. We also use a powerful internal CISCO firewall to maintain network security and protect our systems from harmful internet traffic.

This guarantee applies to all customers who sign up one hosting plan with veeHosting.com. In the even that our monthly uptime is not above 99.9%, we will issue amount of compensation for your monthly service fee depending on how much uptime for that month. The credit details are listed as follows

You can only claim compensation once in a month. The server uptime is calculated on monthly basis. In order to receive a credit, you must make a request by 7th of the month following in which you experienced the incident of web site unavailability. You can do it by sending an email to billing @ veehosting.com (without spaces). The body of the message must contain the address of the affected web site, the dates and times of its unavailability, and your personal information as on our records. Credits will be granted within seven (7) days of your credit request if we confirms the unavailability. No credit will be given if we cannot confirm the unavailability of the website in question. |
