You must accept all terms in this TOU on registering for and using services we provide. We reserve the right to modify TOU from time to time, however the notification will be published on veeHosting.com website. We also reserve the right to cancel without notice any service you signed up that violates any item in this TOU.

The account you registered with us is for lawful purpose only. Any violations of laws that apply to veeHosting.com, or any jurisdiction that applies to you or your site is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted materials, intellectual properties and threatening materials.

It is strictly prohibited to use your account as an internet bridge or proxy to attack or attempt to attack or perform any unauthorized access to other people's websites or computers on the internet (including but not limited to veeHosting.com's customers').

Any website on our servers that promotes illegal activities or presents content that is making damages to veeHosting.com are also strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of veeHosting.com is also strictly prohibited.

Hosting, promoting or linking to pornographic content is prohibited in veeHosting.com. It is also prohibited to provide/promote materials about exploitation of children under the age of 18.

Any unsolicited email transmitted over veeHosting.com’s network is strictly prohibited and will result in the instant termination without prior notice. We DO NOT tolerate any spam and bulk mailing. If your site has a mailing list, you'd better make sure it's double opt-in (if you don't know what it is about, ask us)

Resources are defined as CPU usage, memory usage and available system resources including available network bandwidth.

Resource abuse includes any process or service usage that affects normal server/system operation or connectivity, and which causes a server/system to become overloaded. Such abuse includes, but is not limited to, excessive CPU, hard disk and memory usage, excessive number of concurrent processes, excessive number of concurrent port or database connections and excessive bandwidth usage. Possible causes for server abuse include, but are not limited to, the excessive use of CGI, Perl, Sendmail, mySQL, MSSQL, PHP, ASP, COLDFUSION, HTTP, SMTP, POP3 and FTP. Upon detection of any resource abuse, veeHosting.com will try to disable the specific script, website or database that is causing the problem. If this is not possible, veeHosting.com will suspend your entire account. The specific script, website or database under the your account will be resumed only if you have corrected the problem and convinced veeHosting.com that the abuse will not happen again. veeHosting.com will endeavour to provide prior notice before carrying out any such action.

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis except for trial account. We DO NOT charge setup fee for your account. The trial period for hosting accounts is published on our website. The prices for the services already include VAT. We DO offer anytime money back guarantee after initial 30 days of your registration. See Our Guarantee for details. ALL plans come with 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. If you are on our trial account, within trial period you don't have to pay for the service. When trial period is finished, you can choose to cancel the account or make a payment to keep the account.

You will be automatically noticed by email if you account is in balance and the balance is over the account credit limit.

You will be liable to a fee of $16.5 (USD) for every returned check and credit card charge back. veeHosting.com reserves the right to change pricing of the services from time to time. veeHosting.com also reserves the right to withdraw any feature from a service Plan, at any time it wishes to do so.

If you exceed the feature, storage or resources limits defined by your chosen Hosting Plan,you will be charged for the extra usage according to the addon rates outlined in that Hosting Plan. You may also purchase additional features, storage and resources by the same addon rates. If you use/purchase more than double of the resources allocated in the chosen Hosting Plan, we reserve the right to terminate your account with a 5-day prior notification. The addon fees will be charged for the remaining portion of your current billing period.

All accounts registered with us must be cancelled by filling out the cancellation form at http://www.veeHosting.com/cancelform.php.

You will be guaranteed to have refund for the unused time left in your account. If you paid by credit card, there will be a refund charge of $8.5 (USD) which will be deducted from your total refund amount. However if your registration date is less than 30 days from the cancellation date, you will receive a full refund. The refund is also subject to the merchant handling fee, which is usually 3%-6% of the whole sale price. If you buy a new domain name from us or transfer your domain to us, the payment for registration of domain or transfering will not be refunded. The domains registered with us can only be transfered away after 60 days of registration.

Refunds will not be made if your balance is not current or if you have violated any terms of this TOU.

Client agrees to use all veeHosting.com services and facilities at their own risk and agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold veeHosting.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims including but not limited to attorney’s fees asserted against veeHosting.com, it’s agents, officers and employees, that may arise directly or indirectly from any service provided by ourselves. You agree that this indemnification extends to all aspects of your account.

veeHosting.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. veeHosting.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. veeHosting.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery and any and all service interruptions caused by veeHosting.com and its employees. veeHosting.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
